Each time you bring your MINI in for service, you will receive a free car wash and vacuum. Our waiting room features complimentary refreshments and reading material. For your convenience, we recommend that you make your reservations from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. MINI USA offers 24-hour Roadside Assistance. By simply dialing (866) 646-4772, all MINI vehicles receive a free jumpstart, free tire change and fuel assistance for in-warranty vehicles (other services will be explained in your Service Manual.)
There is a convenient 24-hour drop box at the south entrance of our Service Drive. Special arrangements can be made to pick up your MINI after hours. A shuttle service runs throughout the day to your home or office, and a loaner car program is available to all customers who have made an appointment, whether your MINI was purchased at our dealership or not. We do not discriminate. Our customer service team will follow up with you after every service to make sure you are completely satisfied.
